We all know that there has been a history or rumor of peeps who have laid on the backs, got on their knees or went brokeback style to get ahead ... (no really.. no pun intended)..So there's this unnamed persona, employed in corporate America, who has her boss pushin' up on her in EVERY way. Thing is she messin w/ his subordinate... she knows, if I go with the VERY MARRIED Head MO-FO In Charge, she's in... or she could stay with shorti whose makin her toes curl between the sheets.

So according to chickie... after 5 years, she heads her own department... and still wit bossman... who has left his wife for her (yea right).. No but she does head her own department.. Doing the damn thing... to think we all went to school, packed on a bunch of student loans, and still are entry level folk with the same damn pay... when all we needed to do was get the head game rite... go figure!

I truly know that talent rises, if you have skillz the company will recoginze that without servicing everyone. If U sleep with the boss then you could be expected to sleep with people for every promotion that U get after that. Seems like a huge price to pay for success, where does it stop?
Sleeping around to get ahead is for people with no talent, so if she has what it takes I say Hell Naw, panties up legs closed...
It is never worth it to sleep with your boss for a promo.helloooo suppose he renigs after u give it up............and she already sleeping with another co-worker.
