All boils down to preference, everyone has one!!! If she was to heavy for him nothing wrong with him saying that at least he was honest. Her only problem is what if she does not keep the weight off? If she gains the weight back it is possible that if homey is this shallow that he will be gone with the wind...
Me personally if the person could not see past a few pounds ( assuming she was not a Hipppoooo ) I would not date him. Gotta except the person the way they are with their flaws, cant have people changing themselves to appeal to shallow people, it will never work. She gone get pregnant and gain weight, get busy with work and life and gain weight, what then?
I agree with Ron. We all like what we like. IMHO... Ole Boy does seem shallow though. So if she gets with him, she shouldn't expect anything different than what he is. Make a decision based on reality. Then, live with it.

Hmmm...I'm torn. I know it has taken me some time to "see" brothas in the past. A flash of the wallet, a peep through the bathroom door to see the package, and I've gotten interested.
I do think he seems kinda shallow because he KNOWS her, and still didn't "see" her.
She probably shouldn't fuck him, but should fuck with his mind, tease his ass, continue on her weight loss grind, and let him watch her deal with other dudes. (cause now that she has this new body, he probably ain't the only one)
I do think she should confront him, like "why wasn't you pushin up 15-20 pounds ago?"

i'd make sure I can keep the weight off, cause obviously dude ain't into the thick jawns. Everybody likes what they like. And there are some things that no matter how much else the person has goin' on .....u just can't deal with, for some chicks it's a dude that lives with his mama, or has bad teeth, or a small ding-a-ling,or they grind their teeth when they sleep. For this dude maybe it's the weight. Like I said,sis better be honest with herself and go in with both eyes open. This dude might not even like her for real, for real. He may just wanna hit cause she lost some weight. Be careful.

I think she should continue her weight loss, enjoy his company, with the awareness that he is onlyh attracted to part of her and not all of her. attraction is a changing affair. stay aware
